-1/2 cup of coconut milk 

-1/4 cup of water 

-1/2 cup of chopped cilantro Directions: -In a large frying pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat. 

-Add in the garlic, turmeric, red pepper, white wine, ginger, thyme and curry powder. Stir to combine.
